Chapter 5 of Fox Tale has finally been posted to my regular blog http://fox-tales.net.  Hope on over and see if the chapter was worth the wait.

I added links on the left of my WordPress site to my Facebook and Twitter profiles. If you use one of those services, you can follow me there. I have configured my WordPress site to push crosslinks to both of those whenever I update there.

I also updated Chapter 4 with some minor revisions. I have not decided if Chapter 4 will end here with the flashback in Chapter 5, or include the flashback in Chapter 4. Once I get the flashback written, I will decide.

Update 2:  I have posted the first part of Chapter 4 for those impatient ones out there.  I hope to have the rest of the chapter finished by the end of the week.

Comment:  I have just become aware that there are people who follow me here, who do not follow me on other sites.  Sorry for not realizing that.  I had gotten the mistaken impression that everyone had migrated to Facebook for some reason.  (Please don't take this as a recommendation to migrate to Facebook.  It isn't my favorite place at all.)

I have not passed through here in quite a while.  Been busy with life and only posting to my writing site.  If I can find an easy way to use LJ from my android tablet, I will post here more often.

I have been rewriting "A Little Fox Tale" lately into a slightly different story. To that end, I setup a WordPress blog at http://fox-tales.net/ to post my stories and drafts at. I downloaded and installed Firefox 5.0 on my laptop Tuesday.  After two days of use, I have decided that I like it.  I didn't think I would at first, but it has grown on me very quickly.

Today is the 52nd birthday of the Barbie doll.

I know I have been missing for a few months, but now I am back.  We are moved into our new place in Flower Mound, TX.  Expect to see new writings from me in the near future.

I have been so busy the last two months that I completely forgot that I had not posted anything here.  To make matters worse, over that same period I have not written any fiction either.  Here is why.  In June I started looking for employment in the DFW metroplex so that I could move out of West Texas.  By mid-July, I had two hopefuls and my SO was also looking.  On July 26, I finally got an offer for a new position, which I accepted.  Since then, I have been tied up with moving and settling into my new job.  Yesterday, the SO got called and offered a new position as well.  As things start to settle down, I will return to editing and writing.

I realize that it is a little late, but here is my short story:
